Welcome to the City of Centralia online utility payments website!

The following services are available:

NOTE: If you are a customer with a past due balance, please find the amount due located in the Account Detail section of the screen once you’ve logged in. If your service has been disconnected due to non-payment, please note that a $50 service fee must be paid in addition to the past due balance before service can be restored. Please call our office at (360) 330-7657 with any questions regarding your past due balance.

• View and pay Utility Billing accounts online

NOTE: To add an online utility account to your user profile, you will need your utility account number and last payment made. If you are paying your utility bill online for the first time, enter $0.00 where it asks for your last payment amount. 

FIRST TIME USERS:

1. Select Register to access the Member Registration page (located at the top right of the screen)
2. Enter your information and select Create Member
3. A verification email will be sent to you. Select the link within the email to complete the activation of your online utility account.

ONCE REGISTRATION IS COMPLETE, YOU WILL ENTER SPECIFIC UTILITY ACCOUNT INFORMATION:

• Select the Utility Billing link
• Select Add an Account
• Enter your utility account number as it is shown on your utility bill (XX-XXXXXX-XX)
• Enter your last payment amount, found on your latest utility billing statement
• Select Add Account

If you are experiencing problems logging into your online utility account, please call our office at 360-330-7657 between the hours of 8 am – 5 pm Monday through Friday.

We accept VISA, MasterCard, American Express and Discover cards. Auto Pay is available for interested customers, your monthly utility payment will automatically be drafted from your account on the same day every month. A $6.25 service fee will be charged for all online payments made with a credit or debit card (including monthly Auto Pay payments).
